1. Om tjenesten
Axle (appen og nettsiden axle.no) er et gratis tilbud for den som vil øve på fag, teoriprøve og lignende. Tjenesten tilbys «som den er», uten garanti for at den er feilfri, alltid tilgjengelig eller passer til et bestemt formål. Ved å bruke Axle godtar du disse vilkårene.
2. Ikke en offisiell kilde
Axle er ikke tilknyttet Statens vegvesen, skoler, universiteter, eksamenskontorer eller andre offentlige eller faglige instanser. Innholdet erstatter ikke pensum, læreplaner, trafikalt grunnkurs, kjøreskole, kjørelærer eller råd fra fagpersoner (for eksempel innen helse, jus eller økonomi).
3. Innholdet kan inneholde feil
Spørsmål, svar, forklaringer, tegninger, trafikksituasjoner, tall og regler er laget med omhu, men kan være feil, ufullstendige eller utdaterte. Regler og pensum endres. Kontroller alltid mot offisielle kilder, for eksempel Statens vegvesen, Lovdata og pensum fra skolen din. Finner du en feil, setter vi stor pris på at du melder fra med «Rapporter feil» eller «Send tilbakemelding».
4. Ansvar
Du bruker Axle på eget ansvar. Så langt det er tillatt etter norsk lov, er vi ikke ansvarlige for tap eller skade som følge av bruk av appen eller feil i innholdet, for eksempel en prøve eller eksamen som ikke går som planlagt, valg du tar, eller hendelser i trafikken. I trafikken gjelder alltid trafikkreglene, skilt, oppmerking og anvisninger fra politi og kjørelærer, uansett hva som står i appen.
5. Gratis, og endringer i tjenesten
Axle er gratis å bruke i dag. Vi kan når som helst endre, legge til eller fjerne innhold og funksjoner, eller avslutte tjenesten. Skulle vi senere innføre betalte funksjoner, skal det komme tydelig fram før du eventuelt betaler, og du betaler aldri uten å ha godtatt det selv.
6. Konto og innhold du lager
Konto er valgfritt. Du er ansvarlig for det du skriver eller deler i appen, for eksempel brukernavn, profilbilde, meldinger og fellesskapskurs. Det er ikke lov å dele ulovlig, krenkende, truende eller trakasserende innhold, spam eller personopplysninger om andre uten samtykke. Vi kan fjerne innhold og stenge kontoer som bryter vilkårene. Du beholder rettighetene til det du lager, men gir oss rett til å lagre og vise det i appen slik funksjonen er ment.
7. Alder
Er du under 13 år, bør en forelder eller foresatt være med og godta vilkårene før du lager konto eller bruker funksjoner som venner og meldinger.
8. Rettigheter til innholdet
Innholdet i Axle (tekster, oppgaver, tegninger og kode) tilhører Axle. Du kan fritt bruke det til egen læring. Kopiering eller videreformidling i større omfang krever tillatelse.
9. Personvern
Hvordan vi behandler opplysninger, står i personvernerklæringen.
10. Endringer i vilkårene og lovvalg
Vilkårene kan bli oppdatert. Datoen øverst viser siste versjon. Vilkårene reguleres av norsk rett.

1. About the service
Axle (the app and the website axle.no) is a free service for anyone who wants to practise subjects, the driving theory test and similar. It is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it is error-free, always available or fit for a particular purpose. By using Axle you accept these terms.
2. Not an official source
Axle is not affiliated with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, schools, universities, exam offices or any other public or professional body. The content does not replace the syllabus, curricula, the basic traffic course, a driving school, a driving instructor or advice from professionals (for example in health, law or finance).
3. The content may contain mistakes
Questions, answers, explanations, drawings, traffic situations, numbers and rules are made with care but may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Rules and syllabi change. Always check official sources, for example the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Lovdata and your school's syllabus. If you find a mistake, we greatly appreciate a report through "Report a problem" or "Send feedback".
4. Liability
You use Axle at your own risk. To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app or mistakes in its content, for example a test or exam that does not go as planned, decisions you make, or events in traffic. In traffic, the traffic rules, signs, road markings and instructions from the police and your driving instructor always apply, whatever the app says.
5. Free of charge, and changes to the service
Axle is free to use today. We may change, add or remove content and features, or discontinue the service, at any time. Should we later introduce paid features, this will be made clear before you pay, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it yourself.
6. Accounts and content you create
An account is optional. You are responsible for what you write or share in the app, such as usernames, profile photos, messages and community courses. Illegal, offensive, threatening or harassing content, spam and personal data about others without consent are not allowed. We may remove content and close accounts that break these terms. You keep the rights to what you create, but give us the right to store and show it in the app as the feature intends.
7. Age
If you are under 13, a parent or guardian should take part and accept these terms before you create an account or use features such as friends and messages.
8. Rights to the content
The content in Axle (texts, problems, drawings and code) belongs to Axle. You may use it freely for your own learning. Copying or redistributing it on a larger scale requires permission.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms and governing law
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
